Eternal Balance LLP are a health, social care training provider, business consultancy and accredited SQA Centre based in Glasgow.

Founded by John Quinn in 2017. We become an accredited SQA Centre in 2019. Husband and wife team John and Pauline have a team of highly experienced and qualified assessors, internal verifiers and associate trainers that make Eternal Balance succeed. “The team is our greatest asset,” says Pauline. “They all have equal say in how we develop and move forward. We value our team.” says John.

Our business focus is improving the workforce, company culture, empowering individuals and assisting organisations to become mentally healthy and humanised workplaces. Eternal Balance SQA Centre delivers the following SVQs:

• Social Services and Healthcare (SCQF levels 6,7 and 9)
• Care services leadership and management at SCQF level 10
• Management at SCQF level 9
• Social Services Children and Young People (SCQF levels 6,7 and 9)

We also deliver personal development awards in Supervision at SCQF level 7 and administering medication at SCQF level 7.

Other SQA qualifications we deliver include:

• The mental health and wellbeing awards at SCQF 4 and 5.
• The First Aid Awards at SCQF level 6 – emergency first aid at work, first aid at work, emergency paediatric first aid, and paediatric first aid.

The EB team decided it was time to look at a more effective, sustainable, efficient, and user-friendly online portfolio platform.

Proof Positive met all the requirements we were looking for in an online portfolio. Our assessors and IVs love how user friendly it is, making the assessment and internal verification process efficient. Candidates are encouraged with the progress they can see they are making when evidence is assessed. They can easily upload evidence and receive feedback prior to their scheduled video calls or meetings with their assessor.

Employers also have access to monitor the progress of their employees. Alongside monthly progress reports sent out by Pauline.

Proof Positive has allowed us to continue to meet our KPIs for delivery, streamline assessment and internal verification processes, and most importantly kept us operating effectively as a Centre during the pandemic.

Eternal Balance have recently received The Scotland Prestige Award: HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE TRAINING SPECIALISTS OF THE YEAR

We were invited to receive our award in Edinburgh on the 17th of October 2022 although were unable to attend due to business commitments.

The team were delighted and grateful for this recognition.
